nitrous on a v6

i want to put a 75 dry shot of nitrous on my '96 3.8l and i wanted to know the best way and if thats too much for the car to take.
i would have a WOT switch and a arm switch and arm it at the end of 2nd. what do you guys think? any comments and info would be great

A simple Nozzle wet kit should be fine on your motor running a 75 hp shot, is you are car an A4 or M5? if its an M5 it might be rough on your clutch in anycase get a window switch, its the best cheap insurance you can get .

its a m5, i was reading a post on the window switch and i dont see why you would need one if you dont over rev it.

yes but if you still have your foot on t he gas when you shift and then you miss a shift what do you think could happen?

its just smart and cheap insurance dude, do what you want with the info given.

I can tell you what happends...


a big *** boom...I had that happen at the track when I kiloled the stock clutch on a 1-2 shift.....clutch gives out...tag the limiter....BAAMMO!

I'd stay with a dry shot if you are gong 75. I believe most agree 75 shot dry is fine for the stock fuel system(if its in good running order)
