Nitrous used as a flamethrower

This sweet ride belongs to a local customer. He fabed up his own Flame thrower kit using Nitrous parts from us. I would think that a 6 foot flame would be an eye catcher if the car did not already catch it. :jest:

And this one shows the Nozzle and Spark Plug.

I tried to take some daytime pics of the flames. But I could not figure out how to work the camera and it had a delay in the time it took the picture. I do not like this camera at all.lol

nitrous + propane + flow amplifier = sweet flame thrower although it is about 1000 times uglier than the one in this post

He just used Nitrous parts to accomplish his goal. I bet that would shoot one wicked flame. he can already shoot about a 5ft flame out.

it is a dry nozzle and single solenoid spraying fuel only...uses a spark plug to light it in the exhaust

no nitrous is used

My ex's dad has a shelby cobra with a ford 460 and awesome suspension setup- that was an awesome car to cruise around in. Flames out of the tailpipes are cool- went to a car show in Augre MI and they had a flame contest at night- that was sweet. It was a bunch of old hotrods (duece coupe, 40's merc, and a few others)
