Nitrous plate problems

I am trying to install my Nitrous outlet plate for my LT1. I have a 58mm BBK and the IAC seems to be hitting the thermo housing and I can't get the holes to align with the plate in.

Any ideas?

Yea, I called you earlier to confirm my suspicions.

Another random install question, I bought the kit used and it did not come with the extensions for the throttle cable plate. Can I get the from you separate?

Got the plate on today after some grinding and I hooked up the throttle figuring it would be way off but it was spot on.... Had some one look while I hit the gas pedal and blades opened WOT perfectly flat and closed like they should at idle.... weird?

Re: Nitrous plate problems

Jegs sells 1/8" water pump spacers that will move the pump and housing out enough to let the nitrous plate clear everything
