Another satisified customer here as well. Dave went out of his way on the phone to help me get all of my stuff together for the order and figure out a few simple things.

I am also a satisfied customer. Have bought a few things from them. But I wish I would have bought my nitrous kit from them, I have been having bad luck with some of my HSW parts.

You should try contacting us with your issue then. It's hard to help someone if we aren't contacted. What exactly is going on?

I did, I sent my gauge in when it was leaking, you sent me another one very promptly, which I was happy with. I put the new gauge on the bottle, and it leaked in the same spot. I just bought a NX gauge down at the store and it is sealing fine. Also, when I get the bottle filled, it has a small leak where the valve goes down into the bottle. Sometimes my purge works and other times it doesnt, I am figuring that my problem there is a loose connection somewhere, so im not worried about it. Other than that, I have been happy with the kit. I have had other friends run the HSW kits with no probs, maybe I just got a couple of faulty parts?

It's possible, but would be extremely rare to have two defective gauges in a row. Reading through some of your other posts it seems like there a quite a few issues at hand, from exhaust leaks all the way to a possible leaky bottle. Please PM me your name so I can pull up your contact info.

Thanks,
Matt

Yeah, there is a small leak at the bottle, but when the bottle warms back up after being filled it goes away. As for the gauge, I dont know why 2 of em didnt seal. They were leaking out of the back of the gauge, not where the gauge goes into the bottle. I just put a NX gauge on it and decided to forget about it. Also, my pressure switch for my bottle heater would never make a connection to turn the heater on, even with the bottle at 600 psi. I just connected the 2 wires that go to the pressure switch and it worked just fine. Other than these few small parts, I have been a very satisfied customer. I am just pissed at the car because it is not taking a liking to the nitrous.

I agree with the OP, I've had great service from Ray. I've bugged him quite a few times since I placed my order for some help and additional items and he has been very responsive. I really wanted a plate kit and this one seemed to be the best one on the market. I just hope I can get to the monthly account statement before my wife does......

Ah, I remember you now James. It's funny, today at lunch the nozzle you sent in for warranty came up in discussion. If I remember correctly, the note that was included with the nozzle stated something about a shop doing the install of the kit. If that is the case, and they did what they did to that nozzle, I would highly suggest taking the vehicle to another shop to let them go over it, or for you to with a fine tooth comb. It would explain a lot of the problems you are having. Please send the bottle & pressure switch back in and we'll take a look at them, but please understand that if they are in the same kind of condition that the nozzle was in they can't be warranted. Sorry things are not going smoother for you.

Everything else is in perfect shape. I found out the deal with the nozzle. They screwed it into the nut backwards I guess. I borrowed a friends nozzle when I pulled that one out, and it would not go in. So I flipped the nut around and it went in just perfect. And everything else is in perfect shape.

I didn't even ask for him to do it. He just said he would without even thinking about it. Make sure you tell him I said thank you very much. You should give him a raise too
