Nitrous / Fuel Injectors

I seem to remember that there were some fuel injectors that had the nitrous injection combined in the fuel injectors? Are these still out there?

Were there any problems with these? Would a spacer with a spray bar be better? Anyone use these?

So the injector/NOSspacer kit is a really good way to add on NOS to an EFI system, and they are better than nozzles and or spray bars? I seen on Wilson Manifolds that they have spacers with relief blow off things, in case of backfire.. These seem like a good idea, is everyone in agreement with that?
