a buddy of mine is planning on selling his NX dry kit currently being used on an ls1 trans am, from what i know, thats a universal kit (dont know exactly which one) but he plans on selling it for 200 bucks
well, I am totally new to nitrous oxide systems, but since I am on a budget i am considering on buying it right now, and finish buying the necesary accesories later.
So I have a couple of questions for you guys.
forst of all, do I really need an ingition box to run a 100shot? I am considering the digital-6 plus from msd for this system
what kind of activation trigger would you recommend to activate the system
I`ve seen that costum NOS kit for lt1`s (5176 model) comes with a fuel pressure regulator, do i need to buy this part in order to have a safe system, or what can i do to substitute this part
and finally, what other parts would I have to buy in order to have a well done costum dry setup for my lt1 car?

go for the msd 6al, cause it has the rev limiter that is better tahn the factory ecm limiter.
look into full throttle triggers and window switches...that way it only activates at certain rpm zones and when at full throttle

 

anyone has any info regarding the fuel pressure regulator?
