New Tech at Nitrous Outlet..

Hey guys,
I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce you to a new employee of Nitro Dave's Nitrous Outlet..

As many of you know we strive to offer the best customer service both online and on the phone. Our company was built off of the tech and customer service we offer.

Our company has grown more and more every year thanks to YOU. This year we will be bringing new companys and new products to our line up.In order to stay caught up we are going to continue to look for the best key players I can find.

With us staying so busy here in the office handeling phone sale/tech I have been falling behind on tech PMs and emails. We normally close at 5:30. I normally grab dinner with Courtnay and end up working until 1-3 am answering tech emails and pms so that they do not get behind. I have searched high and low for someone locally that has what I look for to help me with the online side of tech.

I have not found someone locally that has the knowledge that I am looking for.So we are trying something new..

I have hired someone that is not local to feel this position. He will be helping on the forums we sponsor and with the tech emails..

I choose this person due to his deep knowledge and great personality. I have watched him help many people on this site and others just to help them. He has done a great job of staying neutral and level headed. He takes pride in what he does and takes pride in what he believes in. I am very picky in who I let represent our company and I am proud to have him working for us.

Many of you already know him. His Name is Al, Screen name is 383LQ4SS. He will be one of our outside sales/tech reps. Please feel free to ask Al for any help you may need.It will take time for Al to become familiar with all the products we offer but he already has a good jump on it. Al, will be able to help you problem solve or simply help you decide what system may work best for you. Please let us know if Al has helped you and how he did. Feed back is what is going to let us know how this is working out.
There is no dought in my mind it will work out great.

WE are also going to be looking for another inhouse sales and tech representive. If you are in our area and have a great deal of knowledge in this industry please feel free to contact me. We are not advertising with any agencies due to not wanting the headache.

Thanks you guys for your support

For the guys that are patiently waiting on a pm back from me. Bare with me I will be caught up be the end of the week.

Thanks you
Dave

Hey Dave think I could drive up from El Paso and have you install the plate kit for me? How much would that be? PM me with price to protect the innocent, LOL.

Re: New Tech at Nitrous Outlet..

Thanks a bunch Dave. I will be spending more time in this forum to help with general tech and sales. I have a new email al@nitrodaves.com and you can reach me thru that or PMs here with specific questions.

Some of you may know me from LS1tech as the moderator there for the last 4 + years. So hopefully I can help out around here from time to time.

Coop, The price depends on what accessories you add with the system. I will be honest with you I have trimed down on the amount of installs we take in. I am very picky about our installs and we only work on them as we have time after hours. If you are able to drop it off and leave it for atleast a week we can do it.If not I understand. A typical shop should be able to do a nice clean install in about 2 days and the cost for a full system with all accessories should be around the 500 range maybe a bit more. A basic system only should be around 350. However I have seen shops charge as much as a grand for a average install.

A grand holy sh*t. I really would love to get into nitrous casue it is very inexpensive for the power BUT you do not have that power all of the time like with a head/cam package. I am wrestling with this issue and the money LOL.

Re: New Tech at Nitrous Outlet..

I was meaning no one emparticular. I have seen many shops charge that and get away with it. I would not be able to look some one in the eye and quote that unless it was a really trick and custom job with the right amount of man hours involved.
