Need opinion from N20 users.

I have the opportunity to get a Nitrous Xpress kit for $250 and I'm wondering if I should bother with it. It's just the basic dry kit. No goodies. I don't think it has a purge valve but the guy said he doesn't use one and has had no problems. I'm just wondering if I should bother getting it. Since I have little experience with N20 could I use it and still be safe? I would plan on getting a WOT switch, window switch, and purge valve if I did get the kit. Would it still be safe then? I plan on only running 75 to 100 shot. My original plan was LT headers, cam, heads. Should I get this is my basic question. Any other comments would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks for your time.

I haven't had much expirience with nitrous yet but I have a NX kti I bought new for $475. From what I have seen, if you have all of the safety goodies, there shouldn't be any problem. If I had the money for heads/cam and could afford to have the car down for awhile but I can't so therefore nitrous is good alternative.

If you do buy that kit you should get a better fuel pump or an inline booster pump and some better fuel injectors because it is a dry kit

Could be a NX bottle. It's a 12 pound one.

I must be confused. Isn't a dry kit just nitrous and a wet kit sprays both fuel and nitrous?

Yes thats true....but I would think the jet sizes would be different....I dont have any experience with dry so I dont really know. I was just saying as far as a kit goes all of the NX stuff is wet.
