This is going to be an interesting topic as E-85 is starting to find its way into the performance world. I think there will be some noticable gains to be made. Not sure if the nitrous manufacturers have come up with a jetting chart for E-85 yet. I think there is some potential here.

just look in to a methanol nitrous kit, E85 tunes are right at methanol tunes. methanol jetted should be just a touch rich, but not enough to fool with.

oh and nitrous LOVES alcohol, we played with mechanical injectioned methanol and nitrous... WOW, stupid power gains !!!

Thanks, ya I thought there would be more interest in this, I just saw NX now makes an E85 kit. I'll maybe check with them as well. THANKS

I would have thought that E-85 in general would have drawn more interest by now. I guess it will take a while to dispel some of the myths and "bad" rumors about ethenol and its compatibility with existing fuel systems. Needless to say I'd like to try some performance comparisons between E-85 and premium as I suspect the results could be interesting.

From what seen E85 would be better compaired to 110 race fuel. I see the competitors in the DynoMax dyno challange were all using E85, and I think TPIS has a lsx 427ci that made 8hp more and 13ft.lb. more on E85 then 114 race gas, sounded impressive to me.

Good find vary usefull. THANKS
