I am going to spray my 94' this week.....what are the limitations with no programming?

Do you have an ignition box to control your rev limit and timing? If no, then I wouldn't spray more than a 100.

Start small around 75 and then work your way up to see what it will do at the track. A stock LT1 can handle 150 shot (wet kit). Also dont forget to change your spark plugs.

Things that are nice to have are a ign. box 2 heat range colder plugs , fuel pump for anything over a 100 shot. Window switch for M6 cars. IMO pulling timing on a 150 shot is not really needed.

what they all said, and yes i do recommend pulling timing on a 150 shot if you use pump gas.

if you run good fuel, have a good fuel system, and a strong ignition system, you can run 150 without pulling timing. pump gas and not pulling timing is a recipe for disastor.

i ran a 175 shot on a stock longblock for a full season with no problems, pulled 2-4 degree's depending on weather with good fuel.
