Question MSD Timing Box?

Please help me out here. Is there a timing retard box that can hook up to my MSD6A? I would like to find something that would only take a few degrees of timing out while i'm spraying. That way i could still have my regular timing when i'm just on the motor. Presently, I have the MSD Window Switch plugged into the 6A.

I have a brand new on in the box for sale. It is a MSD#8982 timing retard box made specifically for your setup. Summit sells for $118.95. I will sell it to you for $90 shipped. I did not use the box since I upgraded to a Digital 6.

Let me know if you want it.

This is off of the MSD web site:

Start/Retard Control

Start retard eases cranking on engines with locked-out timing.
Single stage retard for high rpm or nitrous applications.
Choose 10° or 25° of retard during cranking.
For use on 4, 6 or 8-cylinder engines.
This new timing control is the direct result of MSD being at the races and listening to what racers want. With the large number of engines running locked-out timing, racers wanted a simple way to retard the timing during cranking plus have a single stage of retard available. The start retard provides either 10° or 25° of retard during cranking only. The timing will retard only while cranking and returns to the set mechanical timing once the engine starts and you release the key. Along with the start retard, this new Control also has a single stage of retard. This one retard can be activated in times of nitrous to prevent detonation or high rpm to achieve a little more top end. The amount of retard is adjustable with plug-in modules and is activated by a single wire that can be connected directly to a nitrous solenoid or a micro switch on the shifter. The Start/Retard Control is easy to install and program. It must be used with an MSD Ignition Control.
Start/Retard Control - PN 8982
