Mounting Bottle in spare tire....

I have the newer 10lb NOS bottle and was wondering if i can use the brackets it came with to mount it in the spare tire well, or do i need any modification to the area in order for the bottle to sit properly. Any help would be appreciated. It is the 5176 kit. TIA.

You'll need to fabricate a stand/attachment for the supplied brackets and bottle to fit to.

I used the supplied brackets to mount mine. Use the tall one for the bottom and short one for the top, oppisite of what your suppoded to. Drill 4 holes, put the straps and bolts in, put nuts and lock washers on inside of wheel well, cut off the extra length bolt, paint em black and thats it. Mine is a NX kit,#10 bottlehttp://gallery8926.fotopic.net/photo.php?o=1&id=550130 http://gallery8926.fotopic.net/photo.php?o=1&id=550129 Some say the angle doesnt look like is enough, but, when I get my bottle filled it takes 10-10.5lbs, so I know I'm draining it. Make sure u get the siphon tube lined up correctly.

Check out the 3rd page on my webpage. There is a pic of the bracket I fabricated, very easy. I had some scrap metal laying around, a few welds, one bend, and drilled holes to mount the brackets. I had less than 3 hours into it from start to install.
