modules/pills.....what's the difference?

I bought a MSD window switch that requires 'modules' to control the RPM on/off.......of course they don't come with the "modules" and I guess I would need to packs, the one with the low RPM's for coming on and the high RPM's for going off.....my question is that I have a shift light in my car and have two complete sets of RPM "pills" to go with it......can I use these pills on the Window switch?? I put one in to see if it fit and it did...the modules are white and the pills I have are yellow...just wondered if there was any difference or do I need to bite the bullet and by the modules......

They're the same thing. just hold one up to the other and make sure the pins are the same distance apart. Pills=modules.

Can someone else confirm the above?

After a long delay we finally finished everything up, everything is very neatly wired, and we just couldn't get it to fire.

I removed the window switch from the ground loop to the relay and grounded out the relay straight up, and the system fired (just a dry test, no nitrous sprayed) just fine.

I haven't looked at the tach signal wiring yet, but are we SURE the pills are the same? I'm getting the feeling they're not. Sure they fit, but is the resistance reading the same, etc.

His pills are off an autometer shift light i believe.
