Tell me about it. I put on a ported intake manifold, so I decided to move the soilinoids, cut off all the climp connections and soilder them up, and install a mallory ignition box since I couldn't get my window switch to work. Now all I have to do is clean up all the wires and put them in some loom. It turned into a bigger project than I planned.

What size tap do you need for the nozzle? I have a trickflow elbow on order.

normally for the nozzle it is a 1/16th pipe tap, a regular tap WILL NOT WORK. they are pretty hard to find. on this kit there is a bulk headed type fitting in which the nitrous nozzle threads into.

Yeah, just use the Nozzle nut to secure the nozzle. If you don't want to use the nozzle nut we have a drill and tap set available.

Should I just put a little RTV around the nut so there isn't any vacume leak them?

Yeah, that is what I did to ensure a proper seal.
