ideal com ratio

looking for the ideal compression ratio on a 355 or 383 to run about 150-200 shot. with heads, cam, long tubes, custom true duals, new rear end and tranny.

11:1 with 93 octane and a 150 shot will run fine but go with higer octane if you spray 150 plus

The dynamic compression is more important than the static compression. The cam you choose will have a huge influence on the dynamic compression.
