I played it safe. What should I increase to?

My best mph without n20 is 105.85 in 50 degree weather. Last night my best in 74 degrees w/out n20 was 105.06. Time to finally spray at the track. With 50 shot my best 111.59. All of my sprays were 111 except when I missed 4th gear. Still got a 13.64@94mph. Anyway long story short 50shot gave me 6mph increase. Before you jump to saying go to a 125shot or 150shot let me say that I want to keep my car for a long time. I like to play is safe. I know a 50shot is playing way safe and I want to get to 75 maybe 100. I want to know who has been spraying 125 to 150 shot and for how long without issues? This will help me decide on a 100shot. Thanks yall. Can't wait to get my headers. That should give me 20 to 25 horses. Now I need to learn where to launch on my nittos!!!

75 shot or 100 shot shot be safe.....

to be safe, remember :

wet kit - follow the factory jet ratings for each shot
dry kit - over 100 shot, updrage your fuel system

hope this helps....

150 shot for 2 years no problems, and ran 125 for about 6 months before that.

have run a 175 shot for the last 4 months and no problems with that either.

it's all in the tuneup/fuel/ignition.

In the same boat.. playing it on the safe side that is..
I have the money to buy the products but if stuff breaks i'll be down for a while and i dont want that..

RacinLT1 is very right. Its all about the Tune. The domestic club im in tampa has a few members spraying heavy shots. 1 has his LS1 at 600wrhp on a 200 shot... Been running like that for 6 months or more now... Sprays it all the time. While we got a few others spraying 100-150 shots with no problems. And one guy spraying a 300 shot i think.. Well its actually a dual stage.

The best way for shots over 150 without direct port is doing a dual stage dry and wet shot. Plus a type of progressive control to avoid the heavy instant torque increase which will blow your engine.
But staying on topic...
Gap your plugs accordingly to what shot u run... change your plugs before they are recommended to be changed... get a reliable fuel pump, observe you injector duty cycle with a some sort of data logger (scanmaster, auto tap etc), dont be greedy with the timing while on nitrous.

If you only have bolt ons run a 100shot. Should be very safe on that... just remember TUNE TUNE TUNE.
