I go to a local performance store and get the prefered customer price of $5/lb. I have a 10lb. bottle = $50 if completely empty. I might have gone through 20 lbs. of N2O since I installed it in the spring.

If you can manage to open an account with a Welding Supply Store, buy a Mother Bottle, and fill your own. The Cost of the bottle is WELL offset by the cheaper nitrous Cost. I pay ~$1.37 per #.
