How many of you spraying out of hole w/high stall ???

I have sprayed out of the hole a handful of times with my old 2800 stall Vigilante converter . I have since went with a 3600 stall Fuddle converter .
I know a safe RPM for N2O activation is 3000 and above, but unsafe to spray
out of the hole for cylinder pressure and backfire issues . So i was just curious
how many of you N2O guys are spraying out of the gates with a high stall ?

EDIT: Dont bother to tell me about drivetrain stresses cuz i am on my 6th A4
and 5th ring and pinion . Trans issues fixed with CPT Pro Race 4L60E .
Just curious about motor stresses with spraying out of hole with high stall

no issues here...~I am running a 3500 stall that flashes to 4k on a 150 shot.

Window switch set to 3k on and 6.8k off...60's in the 1.4's

you just don't want to bog the car on the launch....most high stall cars don't bog

yeah what gears do you have? dont flash the stall on spray if youve got 3.73 or 4.10, i went back to 3.42 and flash the stall on the spray now, it leaves just as hard and picked up alota top end....
if you have 3.73 or 4.10 then set a window switch about 400 rpm more than the stall speed...worked well for me...both cases i was 1.50 60' on salad shooters all 4 corners...

...I have 3.73's and a 3.06 first gear...why would I want the nitrous to come in a 3900?.....if it is just for traction....that is why I have a progressive.....but Ideally she will hook the whole shot out of the gate.

I am launching from 1-1200rpm on the footbrake

If a 3600 is a high stall I do. I have my window set at 3000 to 6000. I sorta hook nitto 245 Dr's, 60ft in the 1.6's on the 150 shot.

My old converter was a 10" 4,200 and the car has a 4.10 gear. The nitrous is triggered with a throttle switch and I stomp that throttle as fast as I can when the light goes green. My new converter is an 8" 5,500 Coan. I'll be spraying it off the line too.

I have a 3500 yank, 700r4 and 3.73 gears. Leaving at 1200-1500 rpm, it flashes to about 4500 on a 150 shot with 1.58-1.60 60's.

5000 on motor, 5500 on a 150 shot. Leaving at 3/4 throttle on transbrake, nitrous hits when I let the button go and put the pedal to the floor.

Spraying out of the hole is where the ET is at.
