Question How does it feel?

I'm pretty sure this question has been asked before, but what do you "feel" when you spary the NOS? How do you control that kind of instantaneous power boost? I know its a weird question.

The best description I've heard is, "it's like the hand of God reached down and pushed your car down the track." I haven't been kicked around by God, but my guess is that it's like that.

I like to explain it like this. You know when you step on the gas all the way and you can hear and feel the car downshift. Its like having the pedal all the way down already and the car downshifting one more time.

Just to give you a small idea, punching both stages on at 60mph on US1, on my 275/40-17 drag radials, I spun out big time, almost went into the ditch, and my car weighs 4400lbs

Another way to explain it, it's like driving a big block with a carburator that has small primaries and huge secondaries. Normal acceleration is the 2 primaries, when you hit the button, you just opened up the secondaries.......

These guys are close, but not quite explaining it correctly. Let's say you have 2 seperate LS1's in your car and as your driving up the freeway onramp only 1 engine is running. As your foot reaches WFO the other engine starts and goes to WFO all in .0004 seconds so it feels like you were just rearended by a ricer who was trying to do a flyby, but forget to move into the other lane ! It feels kind of like this only a little more sudden .

Hey George you must have a very large shot. I spray 150 and It puts me into my seat pretty hard, But I've never got it to do a Mad Max burnout in the middle of the highway. You must have one good running car.
