I really don't want to use anohter bottle, the whole purpose of a 15lb bottle was to hold more N20. Plus, it's hidden in my spare tire compartment and hidden well..................From my wife!

Well get a bottle heater.
If ya don't know how to jet 1200psi ya will likely hurt your engine.

I have a bottle heater, but it only heats till the pressure reaches 1050. That temp is perfect until I get around 5lbs of gas left, then I notice a drop in power. Was hoping to increase the bottle temp to 1200 psi when I my bottle has 5lbs or less.

Set your heater to do it.
They have it that way for a good reason. To prevent ya from blowing holes in the pistons as you don't have the jets to go to 1200.

Holes in the pistons will be hard to hide from the wife.

You will have to refill the bottle when it gets down to 5lbs. (1/2 full)
Raising the pressure will not help.
BTW 1200psi bottle pressure is OK.

Can one of the pro 1200psi guy explain why it is ok. I know why it isn't a good idea but would like to hear the reasons you guys think it is.

just to add in with snow. wikipedia states that 1102.5 psi is the point at which nitrous reaches its critical point.

Re: how can you icrease bottle temp?

the reason why you lose power is beacuse there is no way for the bottle to keep an even pressure throughout its entire use. regardless of the size of the bottle at 4-5 pounds you will notice a performance difference. its like a coke bottle when you open it up you get the hiss but then it goes away same with nitrous the pressure decreases but you shake it back up and you got that pressure again.
