help fast please!!!

ok im having problems puttin on the TB plate...bolts are not lining up...


here are the special notes that came with the kit..

1.) on some models it may be necessary to RELIVE the back side of the thermostat housing base. This is due to a control valve located under the throttle body that rest on the edge of the housing and makes the installation of the lower left hand bolt next to impossible to line backj up with the hole in the plenum..


any clues you LT1 freaks?

Sounds to me like you need to figure out exactly where its hitting and notch it a little bit to get the clearance you need.
Should be an easy fix with a little grinding, should be able to do it with a dremel just be careful and remove only enough to get the clearance you need.
