does pcmfrless do good work for nitrous cams

I have been driving around on my 224/236 114 cam with stock tuning and would like some more power out of it, plus I am hoping to get rid of some of the cam surge that I am feeling. I know Bryan does great work with the hotcam and some other cams, but not sure if he knows how to tune a blower/nitrous cam real well. I would really like a dynotune but am poor at the moment but will wait for one if its not worth my time through Bryan, also should I let him know I will be running nitrous or does it not matter?

Either Bryan, Madwolf here on the board or get some tuning software and work on it yourself.

I believe one of his first cars he tuned was a blown lt1....your best bet would be calling him and asking what experience he has with that setup.

Bryan has EXTENSIVE experience with that cam as that is the most popular seller at Combination Motorsports. He does all of their programming for their heads/cam package. Mad Wolf would also be able to assist.

Remember there's nothing special about that cam other than the LSA/Centerline which cam be accomodated like any other cam.

Bryan Street tuned my car personally and he did a great job. (See sig for mods) I was very neverous about my cars idle ability with the 50# injectors and the rest of the mods but after Bryan tuned my car, it idles great and has good power too. There is a few more things that I have to fix and add to my car and then I will have him Dyno tune it with Wide Band o2 to get some more power out of my set up.

Bryan also street tuned my friends 97Z with the 224/236 cam on a 114 LSA. My friend is running 6# of boost threw his powerdyne blower and its making really good power with that set up. After Bryans street tune, (He was so good, it only took him like 40 minutes) My friends car idled, much better with that cam and also pulled STRONG all the way to 6300rpms. I am sure he could have made more rpms by going to a higher rpm with that cam but my this is my friends daily driver and he thought that would be more than enough for him.

I think you will be very satisfied with Bryans tuning. I know both my friend and myself are happy with it.

Hope that helps,
Claude

Cool--Thanks for the input, I know you can only get so good with a mail order tune, and it sounds worth it.
