Does Nitrous need PCM programming?

I'm wondering if Nitrous needs PCM programming like a heads and Cam combo or can I just go ahead and spray? Also what else do I need (MSD, new injectors, what plugs etc) to compliment it? Thanks.

You dont need to tune the pcm for the bottle at all. Though I would get several different size jets and take it to a dyno and experiment with different jet sizes, the jet sized that come with the kit actually put you a little rich. You'll be able to pick some power up by leaning it out a little(running a smaller fuel jet). I wouldn't lean it out anyhigher than 12.5 though, probably 12 to be safe.

If you have a wet system and an ignition box with timing retard you don't need to tune the PCM. Just get it on a dyno with a wideband and make sure your air/fuel is good. If you use the timing retard in the box only when spraying you won't lose any power NA like you would by taking timing out all the time.
