OK so my nitrous has been unhooked for a few years now, I haven't had time for the car so I haven't used the nitrous much but I have been driving it.

So I recently hooked the power back up that's all. I cannot get the box the to finalize my WOT . The steps are to turn ignition on and arm the system. Push the button on solenoid box and light turns red. Hold the accelerator down for 10 seconds to set WOT the light should flash red green off red green off that means the WOT is set then turn the arming switch off and back on the light should turn green and its armed. Well I cannot get passed the flashing red green off it just keeps flashing. So I have a few questions
When I hooked the power up the light on the box was green which means it has power. The ignition nor the arming switch are on so should the solenoid box have power at all time?

Is there something I'm doing wrong to set the system?

Before it was unhooked the system has been use multiple times with no problems so all I did was book up the power. Could a power surge cause this problem?
