Did you know part 1!!!

Introduction,
As many of you know Nitrous Outlet offers many different options to choose from when it comes to choosing a Nitrous System for your ride. We have the largest selection in different brands and designs. We carry anything from Nitrous Express, NOS, ZEX, 860 performance, racetronix, to our own inhouse brand. No matter your taste or desire we have you covered. All this backed with the best customer service and tech help available.

This series of did you know tips are to showcase some of the new Nitrous Outlet brand products available today.

So here we go...
Did you know that Nitrous Outet offers there own brand products? Did you know that the Nitrous Outlet team spends a great deal of time and money to design new innovative and quality products for you? Did you know the products are designed around offering the best quality available instead of cutting cost for profit?

If your answer to any of these questions was NO. I hope that these series of did you know post changes that No to Yes.

Did You Know part 1.

Single Nozzle EFI wet systems.

The heart of the system. Key parts that make the system so great..

Nozzle
The Nitrous Outlet nozzle can flow up to 250 rear wheel hp. The outer thread is 1/8npt. The tip of the nozzle has a nife edge machined in to lesson any chance of airflow restriction. The nozzle tip design makes for a great flowing nozzle with the best attomization possible. The machining quality makes for a sexy looking nozzle. It not only works great but looks great as well.

Nitrous Bottle
The Nitrous Outlet bottle is powder coated black for a nice clean look. The key is in the bottle valve. Our bottle valve is a 90 degree valve. The handle is a heavy duty handle powder coated black to match the bottle. The handle is designed to give the valvestem added support in the event you were to drop the bottle. The side's of the valve are machined with 1/8 npt ports in each side. These ports are designed for you to install a nitrous pressure gauge, bottle heater pressure switch or fittings for running a nitrogen push system. This valve can support up to around 800 hp. The bottle has a nice clean looking bottle label to label the bottle for its use.

Solenoids,
Nitrous Outlet does not offer any system with a small solenoid. All of the Nitrous Outelt systems come with a big heavy duty solenoid with atleast a .093 orfice or larger. These solenoids stronger coils. The orfice design flows great do to the fact the nitrous only has to make one turn. The inlet is in the side of the solenoid and the exit is in the bottom. These solenoids also have a purge port in the side. This way you can connect your purge solenoid directly into the side of the nitrous solenoid. Not only does this let you purge all of the air right up into the nitrous solenoid it also makes for a cleaner install since you do not have a extra fitting placed before the nitrous solenoid to adapt the purge solenoid. These solenoids are made of the best materials possible and work great with a progressive controller.

Solenoid bracket's
Nitrous Outlet Systems come standard with a quick release style stainless steel bracket. They use wing nuts to take out the bottle.

Main feed hose.
Nitrous Outlet takes into consideration how long the hoses need to be to properly fit your nitrous system. All wet systems come standard with 16 foot main feed hoses. All dry systems come standard with 20 foot main feed hoses. All systems come with 2 foot hoses between the solenoid to the nozzle

All of our systems come complete with all the fittings, hoses, jets, wire, relay, relay harness, electrical connections and instructions..

Do to customer request our nitrous systems will soon be comming with a fuse holder and fuse as well.

Thanks for reading. See you next time on Did you know part 2.
