I think you did answer my question. In your pic the bottle bracket appears to be attached to a component (it has 4 bolts going through it to secure it to the well floor) that is attached to the bottom of the spare tire well. On ebay that component is not shown; just the bottle bracket is shown. Just wanted to make sure it was a complete bracket assembly.
