Compucar wet kit with NOS fogger nozzle and .047 and .053 jets- what hp shot is this?
Hey i've got a compucar wet system with an NOS fogger nozzle that came with .047 and .053 jets.. what hp "shot" are these jets?
Also- would it be safe to run this kit on a mildly built M6 LT1 with stock compression ratio pistons?
Thanks

A Nitrous jet size of .047" or 1.1938mm should produce: 99.76 HP with 1 port. The required fuel jet size should be 0.026" or 0.662mm, and the actual HP to the wheels: 84.80 HP
A Nitrous jet size of .053" or 1.3462mm should produce: 126.86 HP with 1 port. The required fuel jet size should be 0.029" or 0.746mm and the actual HP to the wheels: 107.83 HP
Results thanks to robietherobot's calculator, based off of stock fuel pressure...

My opinion would be to start with a fuel jet a couple to a few sizes larger than what many of the jet calculators come up with..Iv'e found several of them to give jettings that are too lean to start with....you can always go leaner after you check things out while it's running, but if you start too lean it's all over
