Guys have had "the gas" on my car for last 3yrs, and the guy who installed it put a clutch switch on it. Everytime you push the clutch in it kills the gas until you release the clutch. Said he did it for safety reasons. Is there anything better than this? It kills my track times.

you cant have the gas spraying when its in nutural. so your choices are to either lift throttle (taking it off the WOT switch)... running a window switch (cutting it off before you shift.. but if you drop into that RPM and have your foot to the floor, it will still spray)
or run a clutch switch, keep the motor at/near WOT and just have the juice spray only when the clutch is connected.

experiances of others around me tell me that the clutch switch is the fastest way to go... if you dont like it, you might as well swap to a auto.
