I going to have Bryan at Pcmforless dyno my car and was wondering if my mods will all support each other or should I change anything?

Things that my sig is missing-

I'll be running 93 octane
Racetronix with Pnp harness
stock injectors (60k on them)
Brand new GM (4bolt main) shortblock with 3000 miles on it now
stock rearend with 3:23 gears
LT4 knock Module
fluidamper
I've been shifting at 6400 with Bryans mail order tune
I've been running a 100 shot but I'm planning on upping it to 150 on the dyno
I have fuel jets 2 sizes bigger and 2 sizes smaller for the 100-150 shot(tuning)
I'm spraying from 3000-6000 and I can pull timing if needed
