OK, I got my blow down tube and it is just that a tube with a fitting on the end. How does this hook to the bottle? I see my bottle has a blowoff cap, so I think I have to empty the bottle.

But then what? How do I use the safety cap and the tube, is there some fitting that I am missing?

 

You need a fitting for it and the bottle will need to be empty to install the fitting.
