Best in terms of generating the best ET will be to spray as soon as the light turns green, and to build up the car such that you have enough traction to do that. In practice, it won't help any to spray if you don't already have traction, so if you can't launch NA with traction, then you might as well wait to spray until it hooks up.

I don't know if that's what you were looking for....?

With ET streets to get your best time ....spray off the line and drop at 4000rpm max on a stock rear(still aint gonna last if you do this often).

Well, my only suggestion with an M6 is: do not spray in 1st or 2nd gear with Nittos unless you like running 19.1's @ 50 mph Seriously, heated ET Streets and spray as soon as you hit 3k rpms in 1st. You can get off the line however you want, it all depends on how lucky you feel with your 10 bolt You might have to play around with tire pressure a little. Good luck.

Won't do you any good without traction.

I normally let my TC take me out of the hole, then spray.

Of course the for the best times, out if the hole of you have traction.
