I presume its a wet kit. For some reason, the I think the consensus here is to run a wet kit on the LT1. I haven't figured out why yet though. I have talked to a few guys which I consider experts on Nitrous use in general, if not LT1s and nitrous. One guy in general said he prefers a dry kit for a main reason that they don't backfire as much. He also said that pretty much all the wet kits had to have bottle pressure at 1000 or more to keep from backfiring. He also said that he hasn't seen as much torque on the dyno from a wet kit. He's done more than I with nitrous, gone faster than me, and dyno'd a whole lot more cars than I have, so I take his word.

We have Barry Grant as a sponsor on our Nostalgia Pro-Street car and I have heard good & bad things about the plate kit on the LT1's....
I went with the Nitrous Works wet kit that they sell for the LS1's and then called Nitrous Works for the proper tune up due to different fuel pressure in the 2 motors and I have been extreemly happy with the results of this set-up
