Anyone spraying with over 128,000 on the clock?

Right now my car sits with 128,xxx on the odometer. I have kept it tuned up and oil has been changed and no leaks or anything. I just wanted to see how hard it would be on a higher mile motor. And I will be going with a 100 with all of the safety features. Thanks for the responses.
