Do we have any bolt on lt1s with spray hitting sub 8.00 runs in the 1/8 on this site? What shot? What mods. What 60'.

The last time I was at the track I was trapping 92mph in the eigth on the TransAm. Traction was zero and the clutch was slipping in third. I has since upgraded to a stage three spec. With good tires and launch I should see sub 8 times

The times in my sig are without rockers, electric water pump, at full weight (with spare tire) or the spoohn drag bar....

Since then I have put the above on, and before I was running no rear sway bar AND a front sway bar (front is out now), and I have gone to m/t 26x10.5x15's instead of 275/50/15 m/t drag radials.... and skinnies on the front

Whenever I get off my lazy butt and go to the track, I'm hoping to see fairly low 8's... 8.2ish would be nice.

I'm running 8.1s in mine right now, car is a bolt on Trans Am with some suspension under it, nothing extreme. Still has the stock 3.23 gears, stock rockers, stock water pump, and runs on WS6 wheels, no skinnies. Weight reduction consists, of back seats, spare/jack and the a/c firewall forward. Other wise full weight, full inteior car. Once I get the spray on it, I'm sure I'll be able to get in the 7s. It can be done, my car isnt any thing speical either, turd compared to some of my friends when it was stock.

Thanks, most people correct their time any way for DA from what I have seen. But it is fun to run when its a negative DA night, kinda like your cheating

My bolt-on LT1 runs 7.7-7.8's on motor. Best 1/8 on spray is 6.88.
But it's in a mazda so it probably doesn't count.
