Re: alright to mount bottle upright like this?

cool. im planning on buying a single nozzle wet LT1 kit prolly and running a blowdown tube only. im thinking if i go to the track ill only spray it once or twice just to get the numbers then down the road when i get more serious and more money ill buy all the extra safety crap, like window switch, bottle heater and gauges. would you recommend a FPSS absolutely to run it or fine without it?

If nothing else get a window switch now.

I run the fuel pressure safety switches. Some people do not. However if adjusted correctly it serves a good purpos.

yes we have the BMN window switches with forst gear lock out for a 100.00
Only while supplies last.

We also have many other window switches to choose from. The cheapest but still good would be the MSD Digital for 95.00

would it be a problem to launch the car, shift to 2nd, and arm the system at WOT? wouldnt it be similar to a window switch just kinda manually doing it. i want to stay under 500 dollars starting with a nitrous setup and then like i said slowly putting money into the system.

I would like to know the same thing, Iwas gonna use the Mallory 685 box for the window switch, but i kinda wanted to not spray in 1st gear, then arm it in 2nd gear under WOT, is that any different?? I have my NX wet kit on the way so im just curious..

SO how about just manually flipping under WOT in 2nd?? I bought the wrong window switch...I shoulda read more and then I would have bought the custom one. That would save me some money and some headaches.

Re: alright to mount bottle upright like this?

IM confused by what you are asking. If you are asking if you can just flip the switch on when you hit second gear.Yes if you have time....
