4bbl Adapter plates with nos?

I'm thinking of putting a NOS sys. in my 1977 camaro, that has stock everything under the hood, its a 305 with a 2bbl carb. I havn't been able to find a nos kit for 2 bbls, so I was considering upgrading my engine to accepting a 4bbl carb, when I found out how difficult it was to install a 4 bbl intake manifold to my engine, i started looking for alternatives. Currently, I'm thinking about getting a 4 bbl holley and using an adapter plate to connect it to my 2bbl intake manifold. With nos, would this be a good idea, or should I not even think about it without a 4bbl intake manifold? Any help would be apreciated! thanks

NOS makes a couple different 2bbl nitrous plates, what style 2bbl do you have on your car? I would not use a 4bbl plate on a 2bbl manifold with an adapter. If you are going to go through the trouble, you would be better off to swap to a 4bbl manifold like a performer, or performer rpm, etc, etc.

If you have a holley 2-BBL the kit is a 05105-H and if it is a rochester than it is 05105-R. Hey Scotty whats up?
