ok, against each other, which will pick up more with 150-200shot?

ive seen some good mph with 306

I have been talking to alot of people about what cam I thought do also with a 100-150 shot. I was originaly going to go with 224/236 cam, but alot of people said that cam is GREAT for nitrous, but you will sacrifice alittle N/A power, everyone I spoke with said to go with a 224/230 112 lsa, then agian I am not an expert on cams, just passing on what people told me.
