200HP NX= 10.17@133.6mph!

Just thought I would let some of you n2o folks know how well the NX Shark nozzle performs on my 355" LT1. I have been using the jets straight off of the chart and have been having excellent results. No timng pulled and no jet changes. First pass with the 200 hit my car ran a 1.53 60' (spinning) 10.17@133.6mph and I am impressed. later Clint

With no timing retard, were you logging O2 readings?

Damn nice times.
It,s got me wondering just what my 383 with the direct port fogger that I want to run a 250 shot on is going to do?

Re: 200HP NX= 10.17@133.6mph!

Thanks guys but I do add 5 gallons of 110 Unocal leaded fuel to a 1/4 tank of 93 super to keep from detonating on full timing. I ran 10.20's@132mph on the stock rear but recently swapped in an 8.8" Ford that I had been working on. The suspension is mostly stock parts also. The stock torque arm, stock rear swaybar along with stock rear shocks and springs. I do have Hal's up front though. Later Clint

Re: 200HP NX= 10.17@133.6mph!

I am running the new ET Street Radials awesome all around tire. I got the 325/50/15's which are huge compared to 26x10" ET Drags. The sidewalls measure 13" at bulge with 11" of tread and 27.9" tall but they out perform my 26x10" drags. Later

No, I am not running the stock bottomend and the 8.8" Ford was built by Craig@ Extremechassis. He sells the housings setup complete to fit under a fourth gen. All you have to do is put your stock axles and brakes or you can order just the housing like I did for $600 and put your own gears and posi. Later Clint

Re: 200HP NX= 10.17@133.6mph!

Did I just read that you used your stock axles with the 8.8 and they held up? I'm thinking about either building one or buying his housing. I'm kinda lazy, so I'd wind up buying it.
