well, they are going to cover the valve and fill, but it took a LOT of talking. They even called compucar and NOS, etc. They swear its from me leaving it out int he sun. But like I said, the bottle is silver anodized...so it should reflect a majority of the light and therefore heat. And it was only 74 that day for a high temp.
Iasked them if I am supposed to take the bottle out of the car except when at the track, and even then cover it with a sun shade, and they said "thats what a lot of guys do"

I can't see how 1100psi n2o could blow a 3000psi disk from 74 degrees and a little northern climate sunshine

Doesn't make sense. Most of the guys in the Sunbelt (Nevada, Arizona, So Cal, etc) leave there bottles in the car at 115*F. Shouldn't have blown off.

Yup, I'd bet they tightened down the fitting too tight and weakened the burst disc....very easy mistake to make.
