anyone know any good upholstery shops in the Bay Area? That can do custom work? I'm not finding much on the local boards.....grrrr.

 

It's been many years since I live up there, but check the San Jose area there should be a bunch of them. Alot of the little shops PROBABLY do better work and have better rates.

 

nobody knows any specific shops? 60,000+ members on here, and no one knows anything???

 

Used to be a little shop on El Camino just north of Whipple Ave. in Redwood City, the man did my boat top (custom)for me for a fair price and it held-up well. I can't remember the name, as it's been many years ago.
