Well as some of you have read from a previous post of mine, I blew my motor... It used to be a 383 with stock heads.

Well I started the teardown and was only able to pull 1 of the heads, but I found 3 bent pushrods and a couple of lifters that didnt look so hot, one of my rockers was fubar on the roller tip, and there was metal shavings everywhere (lifter valley, under the valve cover, etc.) Also all of the exhaust valves looked like they had been through a war...
