I called earlier this afternoon (1-ish) and its now 8 o'clock and no response once again. Guess that just tells me I should look elsewhere to book a room, even if it is more expensive.

 

As much as I would like those killer rates, I would have to agree. I haven't heard back either now after THREE friggin phone calls/messages. I am a little bit pissed to say the least!!!!!!!!

 

Me and Aziroc are going to stay at the Excaliber. Not sure how expensive it will be.

 

I LOVE their jousting court/dinner show thing........nothing more fun then eating bird with your fingers and drinking tequilla from goblets whilst watching maniacs on horseback try to spear each other LOL

 

A group of us from AZ went to see that show last year during the day on Saturday rather than going to the track. I thought the show was excellent & wouldn't mind seeing it again!

 

You still plan on going to the track this time?

 

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL no. I would never run my car outside of Phoenix unless I trailored the car in. I can't afford to break while I'm up there. Could you imagine what a tow bill from Vegas to Phoenix would be!?

besides, it's something like $25 a person to get into the track.......I can think of a lot better things to do in Vegas instead of pay $25 to stand in the sun...

Yea, cuz we'll actually get a break from the heat in AZ by going to Vegas.

It'll most likely be 111 in Phoenix and only 104 in Vegas.

 

I'm not even worried about a hotel room @ this point. I'd like to know if our LVFBA brethren know any single & attractive females they'd like to introduce me to while I'm there.

 

I am all for that idea........where is our host and why isn't he lining up hot easy chicks for us?

Although, I "might" need a place to take them back to if they are agreeable to my ideas (or drunk enough) LOL
