Gearhead Garage, a place to rent car lifts and tools

I am looking into starting a new business that will have at least four lifts that will be rented out on and hourly, half-day, full-day, or weekly basis. I am still looking for garages, but it will most likely be in the East Valley somewhere. I will also rent out tools. I will have an large air compressor that you will be able to hook up your own air tools to.

I plan to have the garage open 7 days a week from 7 to 6. This may change depending on the needs.

This is going to give all of you guys that want to do your own work on your cars the chance to do so with the right equipment.

I would like any input that you guys have.

It sucks that you are all the way in Az! Argh! Sounds like a great idea. Make sure you have insurance to cover yourself. Good luck!

We do this already here in Vegas.
Are those rates a day or hourly?
And yes, Liability ins. covers the *** question.
Good luck with it, it is a great thing to do for those who do not have access to tools and lifts.
Before you know it you will be working on their cars, and then possibly rolling into another prominent f-bod/vette/Impala shop.

I'm glad you were able to get this going. It's quite a hike from So Cal but if business takes off... perhaps you could consider branching out.
