Question Emission testing in AZ?

Okay since i'll be moving to Mesa in about a month I just found out you guys have emissions testing well my car has no catalytic converter so i guess now i have to install one. What's the best high flow cat available at a decent price that will still allow me to pass emissions, or do they even look for them and is it possible to pass without it. Just a few concerns.

Every place in AZ is diferent. I don't have to worry about passing so i run no cat's. I'm pretty sre you will have to go to the sniffer. I would go with a good random tech hi-flow cat.

I will definately have to look him up on there though. I love how my car sounds right now without the cat so this is just gonna suck.
