az shops

hey guys i have a 94 z28 and i need to find out which are the best shops to take my lt1 camaro to. I just want to find a shop where the people treat you good and do good work on your car is pretty much what im looking for.................. thanks for your help......................... also a little side question in az what headers pass for emissions or does it matter like do i need to buy long tube or mid length or does it even matter

Hooker, Hedman, SLP, Edelbrock all make 50-state legal headers. They're usually shorties. It will say right in the description whether they are 50-state legal or not. If they have AIR tubes and an O2 sensor bung, that usually means they're good.

xtreme motorsports is good, they are the only one i hve expereince with. you can run any header you want as long as you have cats, the emissions people don't care as long as you pass the sniffer

thanks is there any better hp gains from long tubes or mid length headers?

long tube. i used to have mid lengths but took them off. pacesetter makes long tubes with air and egr fittings. They also have a distribution center here in phoenix so if you talk to the right person you can get hooked up pretty good with them.

the cheapest way is to find someone that works there. if i were you i would ask around at the local "car shows", such as the one at indian bend, adn there is one in north phenoix i think too
