Hey guys I just picked up my new z28. Was wondering if there was anyone around locally. I need someone to drink beers with and work on cars, my wife just isn't doing that for me. I'm in the Queen Creek area.

Well I work graveyard from wed to sat, so I can understand the wierd hours. Maybe we can meet up sometime, sounds like you have a sick car. I feel like a total cheesedick though, like I'm asking you out on a date.

yeah, azfba has most of the arizona people in it. some of them have some good cars, i just remember i was invited to two of them and each time i got there no one was there so i ended up leaving. i finally got my car up and running this week so i'm excited, i just got to put some exhaust extensions on the collectors and change the power steering line and its ready to hit the public roads

 

Hmm. I guess I won't plan on any meets if nobody shows up. Sounds like you got a pretty stout car build. What are you hoping to run? I'm always looking for parts so PM me if you got anything you want to get rid of. I prefer buying stuff locally.

 

i am hoping it will be an easy 11 second car. parts hmmmm....... i 'll take a look in the garage. azfba is a good source for local parts though, i use it occasionally. some people live and die by that club though, although they are just not for me
