A friend has a 6 bay garage with 4 two-post lifts in it. There's also air drops on both sides of every lift and a large compressor. There's axle jacks, transmission jacks, arbor press, tire machine and balancer, etc.
He just moved into the place, and is trying to get the business up and rolling on a shoe string budget.
In order to keep the rent paid in the meantime, he might be willing to rent out hoist time so you can do lift kits, suspension work, limited body work (EPA limits ya know), oil changes, drivetrain work, engine swaps, interior work, etc.
He's a 30 year licensed Master mechanic and ASE certified. He could lend a hand on work for an additional fee I'm sure. Chances are he'd lend you a tool if you needed it (within limits).
Would anyone be interested in something like this? It's heated, lighted, and well equipped. Location is here in Battle Creek.
A lot of us have mods planned, but the weather in this state can make it tough. I thought this might give a way for folks to get some things done and help him out in the process.
