Guys-

here is the deal.

I have room inside the "Stenod Racing" garage if someone is looking for Storage.

This WILL NOT be an invitation for a place to work on your car, it will strickly be storage space, I have room for around 20-25cars. The building is located in Troy, it is heated, has a great alarm system and you can choose whenever you want to take the car out. The buidling is also Fenced in, so ther is no access to most of the parking lot. I want to charge by the month, but for special cases will charge by the week dependind how long you want to put something over there.

Like i said. I have around 20-25 spots that i can put cars . I also have room behind the building if someone wants to store a car trailer or boat or anything outside. Like i said, this part is fenced in so you don't have to worry about someone screwing with your equipment. Depending on the size, there will be a slight charge for that too. Let me know you guys may need.

Here is how i am going to charge interested parties

$100 a month for heated indoor storage.

Damn, too bad I didnt know about this BEFORE the roads got salty and ****ty. Would you perhaps have a hose or mind if I washed my car there really good before putting it away? I really don't want to get it salty then have it sit...

 

hey mike, I'll have my trailer home this weekend looks like, so if you wanted to, we could (for a small fee ofcourse ) trailer it over there. its a solid surface trailer, so no salt would get under/in the car. just on the outside that could easily be power washed off. but I'll only have my trailer here till mon. or tues..

I do have a hose, but you still would have to wash it outside. and it's titty cold out there

I have an enclosed trailer, we could arrange a time to pick it up if need be also. let me know if your interested. Nice warm place to keep your car for the winter

Damn, I would've signed up, but I already put my car away last month. A heated garage would be a lot better than having the car in the driveway under a car cover like I do now.
