Thanks NHRA. with the new rule, I just saved a bunch on T+T fee's.

hope this rule gets repealed with the loss of business, but I doubt it.

IHRA is actually the one with the new rule. Traditionally they've been more lax, now NHRA lowered the requirements and IHRA raised them above previous precedent!
