Post Will the car be together & ready for Woodward?

Will the new cam from ARE get here in time for install.. Will I have the fuel pump put in.. Will I be able to get it to Canada to get tuned.. Will the 12 bolt & driveshaft get here... Maybe that new Ramchargers timing retard.. So much to do, so little time. Might just throw the rear in & wait on the rest..

Still unsure about the 230/236 on a 112, with lift in the 600 range, that was reccomended by ARE. If it all works out, got something for 99% of you who will be at M7 this year. The other 1%? I aint skerd.. If you get me this year, I'll be back next year to take a huge bite outa that ***!!

When your King of the hill, everyone wants a piece of your ***. Come & get some..

Done rambling.

News flash, my 12 bolt will be here tomorrow. That's a mere 6 days after placing my order for it and it's delivered! I'm taking it to get powder coated tomorrow when it gets here and I'll put it in the weekend after Woodward.

I also managed to find a JATO unit to put on the car. That should let me keep up with the 1%!

Sounds like you've got a ton of stuff waiting for you! Can't wait to see it done.

Ya Matt, we gotta get a rematch. Remember though, last year I was all motor & still almost as quick as you were on juice.
In retrospect, I wish I had left the motor alone & just upgraded the suspension & just sprayed the car. I know I would have been running faster that I am now, but hopefully it will all work out in the end.
Ha ha Mike, gotta have parts first before I can get to work, & that's what I'm waiting on now.
Ya James, better have Andy come to M7, it was a blast last year.
Steve, what is a JATO?
Matt, there are some guys that are in the 9 sec range, that's the 1%, and neither of us are close enough for that yet, at least I'm not. We'll see how it all works out.. I wanted the rematch last year, because I think your bottle would have run out. In which case, I would have smoked you..

If it is what I think it is, hes a liar!

JATO - Jet Assisted Take Off. Essentially, its a large jet engine attached to large, heavy planes to help them get to take off speed on short runways.

But I digress. I'm out of the whole "tech" thing right now, and for all I know, there very well could be something called JATO for cars or something.

JATO - Jet Assist Take Off

I actually used that one from one of the Darwin awards. Something I'm definitely going to have to fab up. But I'm afraid it'll warp all the body work on the car!

Here's the darwin award for it, you'll get a good laugh.
